Refund and Cancellation Policy

• All Searchlight newsletters are supplied as digital PDF downloads.
• Due to the nature of digital products, once a newsletter has been purchased and the download has been made available, we do not normally offer cancellations or refunds.
• If you experience a problem downloading your purchase, receive the wrong file, or the supplied file is faulty, please contact us webmaster@rafseletar.co.uk sharing with that the order reference, your details including email address and we will resolve the problem.
• Successful downloads are tracked.
• This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

• We do not claim copyright or other intellectual property rights over the newsletters or their contents.
• Once downloaded, the newsletter is yours to keep, copy, share or otherwise use as you see fit – just as it was back in the days of general distribution.
• The newsletters are historical artefacts and are supplied in their original form. They may contain errors, omissions, opinions or imperfections present in the original publications – any errors are not ours but those as originally penned by the then Newsletter Editor(s).
• We make no claim of ownership over photographs, articles or other material originally contributed by individual authors or third parties – just as it was back in the days of general distribution.

• We collect only the personal information reasonably required to process orders, provide digital downloads, respond to enquiries and operate the website.
• Payments are processed securely by PayPal. We do not receive or store customers’ payment card details. Payment information is handled securely by PayPal.
• We do not sell, trade or otherwise provide customers’ personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Information associated with an order may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for administrative, accounting or legal purposes.
• We do not maintain a separate customer database for marketing purposes, nor do we use information supplied when purchasing a newsletter for unsolicited marketing.
